I seek your valued advice about my under-mentioned problem which I am bearing since past three years. For the same I have consulted every specialist, but unfortunately so far all were unable to diagnose my ailment.
To start with I am 31yrs old and unmarried. Three years ago I masturbated by wearing a very tight thick rubber band on the base of my penis. Followed by normal discharge, next day a dull pain started in LHS penis, abdomen and buttock. The pain started persisting and after few weeks, a strange swelling developed below the anal area which started causing friction while walking and dull pain in penis while sitting.
Since then I have had consulted several urologist, sexologist, orthopedic, neurologist, dermatologist and sex consuelling from psychiatrist. Physical examination and all medical reports such as penile doppler test, MRI lumbosacral region, Ultrasound of testes, retrograde & voiding urethrogram, X-rays and many more are normal. Anal fissures, infection and varicocoele have been ruled out by doctor. They believe the elastic rubber band may have caused some damage, which is possible to get cured naturally. Three years have passed, the problem isnt giving way, now all sort of activities which require movement and pressure on the area below anus, has become very uncomfortable. My penis length and thickness remains the same in normal state like as in erect state. On masturbating the swelling near glans increases and on ejaculation semen flows out incompletely and with lot of effort. I’m a software engg. My job demands constant sitting for hours. For sitting I have to use a rubber tube. Otherwise I start getting dull pain in LHS abdomen, small of the back, penis, buttocks. To walk comfortably I have to keep my legs slightly apart. Now I’m administering anti-depressants and anti-inflammatory drugs which are doing no good. I’m suffering a lot on all fronts. Please favor me by giving your best advice, at the earliest in this regards.
