To the editor,
The use of milk crates for purposes other than the storage and or distribution of milk products is a criminal offence.
The article you have put in your editorial is of great concern to my organisation and will be followed up prior to and at this year's event.
The loss and illegal use of the milk crates costs all milk users (and) I trust you are not meaning to advise your readers to steal milk crates and on-sell them therefore costing all milk users an additional cost in the item so many parents must purchase for their children .
I hope I have misinterpreted your article and will see you revisit this important issue in your next issue and advise your readers of the real costs to all milk users if the practice of stealing milk crates continues and that you did not mean to in any way tell them to steal milk crates.

Dear Editor,
For mine, Mal Colston is a typical Australian politican because of
unashamed greed and ambition that in his case is pure.

Dear Sir,
It has been drawn to our attention that certain items that appear in the index of what purports to be the January 17 (net) edition of The Bug are not yet available late on February 21.
“To be uploaded shortly” is not considered sufficient amusement or edification for those who visit your site in good faith.
Yours most seriously,

Professor Allan Fels,
Chairman, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Dear Sir,
Further to our earlier communication, it has been drawn to our attention that an article alleged to appear in the September 23, 1999, (net) edition still does not appear.
“To appear toot sweet” is a serious contempt on the trust of the readers.
We note that both the complaints relate to alleged travel articles by one Don Gordon-Brown. Does this person exist? Has this person ever travelled? Why does he return?

Yours even more seriously,
Prof Allan Fels.
