Dear Dr Dick,
I suffer from premature ejaculation and I was wondering....
Doctor Dick replies:
This column does not respond to frivolous and/or vexatious questions.
Dear Mr Dick,
We write on behalf of a Mr Stanley Janssen Japeki, 39, of Jackson's Lane,
Glenore Grove in Queensland. We have been instructed by our client that
he sought advice from you in a recent column as to whether he should approach
his wife, three sisters and three sisters-in-law with the view of engaging
in some form of group sex with all of them.
We further understand from sporadic conferences we have had with our client as he slips in and out of his coma in Toowoomba Base Hospital that your advice was to ask for such a group sexual liaison on the basis that it "certainly wouldn't do any harm".
We hereby advise that we believe that such advice was totally unprofessional, and will be taking this matter further if our client defies all the medical specialists' expectations and survives the current life-threatening septicemia which has plagued his recovery from his organ reattachment operation.
Mr Col Stanley,

Doctor Dick replies:
Ooops!
Dear Dr Dick,
I am a transsexual currently undergoing the full conversion to womanhood.
I have been on hormone therapy for some months now and am on the waiting
list for the "never look back" operation to finally become the
gender I always knew I wanted to be. I have long dreamt about the eventual
removal of my unwanted male organs, but now I've heard some disturbing news
about how the operation is actual done. I've been told that the penis is
actually left in place, but cut down the middle like a banana split and
then folded inside my body to create the walls of my new vagina. I'm told
the end product looks and feels perfect but I still can't help feel that
the hole process is fraught with danger. I'm hoping you can put my mind
at ease.
Shirley,
Lane Cove.
Doctor Dick replies:
Shirley, relax! Without going into technical details, the surgical procedure is largely as you've described. I'm happy to say that the technique is 100 percent safe now that the medical profession has got the estrogen hormonal injections just right. It's true that in the early days before the former male's testosterone levels could be properly moderated, several transsexual patients died instantly after experiencing a post-operation erection which turned them inside out.
Dear Dr Dick,
My penis is only 10cm (4in.) Should I be concerned about my ability to satisfy
my partner?
Short-changed?,
Greenslopes,
Brisbane
Doctor Dick replies:
Too many men worry about penis size. Research worldwide suggests 10cm is more than enough to satisfy even the most demanding of sex partners. You don't mention how long it is.
